Main Street Station, a professionally managed luxury property by ResortQuest Breckenridge, once again welcomes the Breckenridge Wine Festival during Labor Day Weekend, Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Main Street Station Plaza at the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and Ten Mile Mountain Range.

The Breckenridge Wine Festival will include food vendors and live music on the Summit Stage in addition to wine tastings featuring dozens of wineries from around the world. The festival will take place 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 3 at Main Street Station Plaza, 505 South Main Street in Breckenridge, Colo.

As the Exclusive Lodging Partner for the Breckenridge Wine Festival, ResortQuest is proud to offer up to 33% off lodging for festivalgoers staying at Main Street Station or neighboring Water House on Main Street Breckenridge. Guests can save 20% off a two-night stay at either property or get their third night free. This special rate is valid for stays now through Thursday, November 10 but must be booked by Wednesday, August 31.

Discounted entry tickets to the festival are also exclusively available when you book lodging with ResortQuest. ResortQuest’s discounted tasting ticket package includes entrance to the festival, a commemorative wine glass and 10 tasting tickets for $15. The price at the door is $20, which includes admission, a commemorative glass, 10 tasting tickets and one duck to enter in the Great Rubber Duck Race.

The 24th annual Great Rubber Duck Race will launch from the festival venue at 3:00 p.m. sending thousands of yellow rubber duckies down the Blue River. An annual fundraiser for The Summit Foundation, a community foundation dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents and guests of Summit County and neighboring communities, this race is one of many fun events taking place throughout Breckenridge over Labor Day Weekend.

“With its live entertainment, delicious food options and a gorgeous outdoor setting, the Breckenridge Wine Festival is remarkably family friendly,” said Katy Martin, Colorado regional marketing director, ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals. “There’s even a Kids’ Duck Dash and a fun duck-decorating competition among the local businesses.”

To the west, Main Street Station faces the sparkling waters of Maggie Pond and the summer-green slopes of Breckenridge Ski Resort. This stunning vista provides a beautiful backdrop for the host of live events and festivals held at Main Street Station Plaza between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends each year.

Accommodations at Main Street Station feature spacious living areas and professional d├ęcor with available amenities such as private balconies and gas fireplaces. The platinum-rated vacation homes at the brand-new Water House offer generous floor plans, luxurious furniture packages and large private decks. Water House shares the resort amenities at Main Street Station, including a heated outdoor pool, seven hot tubs, a fitness center and club lounge.

The 2011 Breckenridge Wine Festival is presented by the Breckenridge Festival of Film. Proceeds from this year’s event will support the Breckenridge Film Festival and the Breckenridge Summit Foundation.
