Here is how the Snow Guarantee works:
A guest books a stay with ResortQuest at one of their Colorado, Utah or Idaho properties. The guest checks the ski conditions and snow reports for his original destination before he travels. If he finds the forecasted conditions unsatisfactory, he contacts his original destination 72 hours ahead of his scheduled arrival and requests a change. ResortQuest will transfer the guest’s reservation to a comparable property at another participating ski destination at no extra charge, provided a comparable property is available. Unlike many other companies’ policies, ResortQuest’s Snow Guarantee does not depend on the number of lifts running, and a guest may request a change even after check-in.
The Snow Guarantee is valid at all ResortQuest ski resort destinations including Aspen, Breckenridge, Keystone and Steamboat Springs in Colorado; Sun Valley in Idaho; and Park City in Utah. ResortQuest’s professionally managed vacation rentals span a wide range of options, from comfortable and economical studio units for budget-conscious travelers to large, luxurious private homes with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. Available amenities include a number of home-like conveniences. Fully equipped kitchens mean no need to dress up for dinner after a long day on the slopes. A washer and dryer in the unit lets guests pack less and save on airline bag fees. Many even include storage space for ski equipment, gas or wood-burning fireplaces, private decks with hot tubs, heated underground parking and amazing mountain views.
