| Taste of THE Beach Festival |
Encouraging attendees with its “Wine, Dine, Donate” slogan, the annual Taste of The Beach festival is a three-day culinary and cultural celebration produced by the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce and Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF) to benefit children’s charities. It combines new and established food, wine and artistic events featuring prized vintners and renowned chefs.
Events will take place at various venues along Northwest Florida’s Emerald Coast with signature events including:
- Al Fresco Reserve Wine Tasting on Friday, Nov. 4. at Ruskin Place in Seaside, Fla. from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Seeing Red Wine Festival on Saturday, Nov. 5 on the streets of Seaside from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Progressive Vintner Dinner on Nov. 5 at 6:00 p.m. at Seagar’s Prime Steaks and Seafood restaurant located in the lower level lobby of the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa.
"ResortQuest guests visiting for the Taste of The Beach are in for an extra treat,” said Ed Evans, senior operations manager, ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals. “The fourth annual festival coincides with the onset of our fall/winter rental rates here on the Emerald Coast. Not only can visitors enjoy the culinary and cultural delights of the festival, they can stay with ResortQuest in a beautiful beachfront resort condo or a luxurious private home for 50 percent lower rates than in the summer."
