ResortQuest Northwest Florida, one of the leading vacation rental property management companies on the Emerald Coast, will present the Winter Guest Fest tradeshow on Friday, January 13, 2012. This event is coordinated and co-sponsored by the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Formerly known as the Senior Snowbird Expo, the ResortQuest Winter Guest Fest is the area’s largest tradeshow aimed at winter guests, who are commonly referred to as “snowbirds.” The 2012 expo will take place from 8:00 a.m. to noon on January 13 at the Emerald Coast Convention Center, located at 1250 Miracle Strip Pkwy SE in Fort Walton Beach.

As the proud presenting sponsor of Winter Guest Fest, ResortQuest is offering a discounted early bird rate for area businesses that want to reserve a booth at the tradeshow. The discounted vendor fees range from $60 to $300 depending on the vendor’s preferred booth location and whether the vendor is a non-profit entity or a member of the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce. The special early bird rate represents a discount of $25 off the regular vendor fee and must be reserved by Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011.
