Wyndham Vacation Rentals Helps Bring Prestigious Ski Clubs to Sun Valley, Idaho with Attractive Lodging Rates and Additional Services

ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals offers lodging discounts for members of the National Brotherhood of Skiers and the Texas Ski Council

This winter Wyndham Vacation Rentals will welcome members of the National Brotherhood of Skiers (nbs®) and the Texas Ski Council (TSC) as they visit America’s original ski resort and the surrounding Wood River Valley area of Sun Valley, Idaho. The NBS will hold their Annual Meeting and Challenge Cup, also known as the Mini-Summit, in Sun Valley from Saturday, Feb. 25 through Saturday, March 3, 2012. The TSC has planned its 2012 Final Showdown trip in Sun Valley beginning Saturday, March 10 through Saturday, March 17.

ResortQuest Sun Valley, a member of the Sun Valley Marketing Alliance, is proud to help bring groups such as these to the area. The company, which professionally manages more than 200 Sun Valley vacation rentals, works with event coordinators to secure group lodging discounts and discount packages for individuals attending their events. Depending on the number of room nights reserved, dates of stay and types of accommodations selected, groups can save up to 25% off the regular rate on lodging for their members.

To inquire about group lodging discounts with ResortQuest Sun Valley, event planners and coordinators should contact Reservations Manager, Barb Wedman, at 800-371-9180.

Visitors who have not yet secured accommodations for the NBS or TSC events may still take advantage of ResortQuest’s Mid-Season Madness lodging special. Guests who book four nights or more get an additional night free. This offer is valid on a select group of properties for stays from Sunday, Feb. 26 through Saturday, March 31, 2012, but reservations must be made by Wednesday, Feb. 15.

To take advantage of ResortQuest’s Mid-Season Madness lodging special, guests should call 800-371-9180 and mention “Mid-Season Madness” at time of booking. Availability is limited, and reservations must be booked by phone. The free night must be taken in the same rental unit during the same stay. Offer is not restricted to NBS or TSC attendees. More details, including terms and conditions, are available online.

“Whether it’s a ski club, family reunion or destination wedding, every group is unique,” said Debbie Fox, general manager, ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals, Sun Valley. “We work one-on-one with each event planner to determine how we can best meet the needs of that particular group. In addition to offering a variety of vacation unit types in a range of highly desirable locations—within close proximity to the slopes, near downtown and close to other activities—we can arrange additional discounts on lift tickets and ski rental options.”
