Beaver Creek property completes interior renovation in time for 2013/2014 ski season

Wyndham Vacation Rentals®, the world’s largest professionally managed vacation rental business and part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of brands (NYSE: WYN), today announced that The Borders Lodge in Beaver Creek, Colo. has completed a $1.6 million interior renovation funded by its Homeowners’ Association.  Beginning in the fall of this year, The Borders Lodge has undertaken renovations of its interior common areas to enhance the overall guest experience and has recently re-opened with updates for the 2013/2014 ski season.

Lion Square Lodge Managed by Wyndham Vacation Rentals® Completes $53 Million Renovation

Vail property completes final phase of renovation for 2013/2014 ski season

Lion Square Lodge at the Gondola, Vail, ColoradoWyndham Vacation Rentals®, the world’s largest professionally managed vacation rental business and part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of brands (NYSE: WYN), announced that Lion Square Lodge at the Gondola in Vail, Colo. has completed a $53 million property renovation funded by its Homeowners’ Association. Beginning in 2008, the Lodge has undertaken major renovations at each of its three buildings to enhance the overall guest experience with significant interior and exterior upgrades. The final phase of the project, the Lodge’s East Building in the Lionshead ski yard, re-opened in December for the 2013/2014 ski season.
